Product Description

SST-Porous® PE foam beather liners , made by  modified oleophobic ePTFE membrane and HPTE parts,  welded together by ultrasonic or thermal melt.  The completed component vent could equalize pressure imbalance to prevent container/bottle from deformation causing dangerous spills or costly returns.
Typical Application: packiage for Inorganic fertilizer, pesticides,organic fertilizer,hydrogen peroxide etc)

For perforated container covers, gas will pass through the SST-Porous® PE foam breathable liners and escape through the hole in the container cover, while preventing liquids and particles from entering the package. Aluminum foil breathable liner prevent pressure buildup by continuously equalizing the differential pressure between the container's internal and external.  

      For containers without holes, gas will pass through the SST-Porous® PE foam breathable liners and reach the area above the permeable membrane, and then be directed to the thread position of the container cover to escape, while preventing liquids and particles from entering the package.  Aluminum foil breathable liner prevent pressure buildup by continuously equalizing the differential pressure between the container's internal and external.
