Q2: What are the MOQs in general?
MOQ for most of our products is 500, which will be digitally printed. For bulk goods, we do rotogravure, and MOQ is around 20,000 pcs or above per design, depends on pouch sizes. The product quality is the same for both digital and gravure.
Q3: When can I get my goods?
For a small batch that is digitally printed, the lead time is around seven days. For bulk goods, the lead time will be extended to two weeks or above, depends on products quantity. Shipping methods include air express and sea.
Q4: What are the difference between digital printing and rotogravure?
Digital printing is much cheaper than rotogravure for small batch order since it does not ask for a cylinder fee and set-up fee. The lead time of Digitally printed pouches is also much less than rotogravure.
However, if the desired quantity is high enough, we suggest our customer go for rotogravure because the cylinder can be used multiple times; thus, the large amount can effectively bring down the overall cost. Besides these aspects, the product quality is the same for both digital and gravure.
Q5: Can I get samples before I order?
Sure, a free standard sample can be sent by express within seven days; a freight charge is required. As for customized sample, please drop an email to us, we will get back to you ASAP.

There are only a handful of suppliers in mainland China who can pass this test, and we are glad to be one of them. Vendors create products to be sold under house brands at major retailers, such as Walgreens and CVS Health we supply to. In addition to manufacturing the product itself, vendors must also create its packaging. That packaging must accurately represent the retailer's brand, meaning every SKU on every shelf across the nation must be as close to perfect as possible. GMI ensures this consistency. It monitors and reports each aspect of a print job, including print substrates, colours, cut, and even toxicity. It then scores the job and delivers the report to the brand and printer.
