Q1: How can we get a sample?
A1: We can send it immediately if the sample is on stock. If you need any customized decoration or printing on sample bottle, it will take about 7days to prepare and it will charge reasonable sample cost.
Q2: What is your shipping terms?
A2: For samples or trial small order, EMS, DHL,FEDEX can be provided. For mass order, we can arrange shipment by sea or by air as your required.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A3: Normally, for stock products, we will ship them within 7days after receiving your payment. For mass production, normally the lead time is within 25days.
Q4: How do you control the products quality?
A4: We will make pre-production sample before mass production; then we begin mass production after sample approved. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
