Q: Where is your factory located? 
A: Our factory is situated in Guangzhou.

Q: Is there a minimum oder quantity?
A: Yes, the MOQ is 30000 pieces.

Q: How long will it take to receive my products?
A: As a general rule for available mold's products, it takes 3 to 5 weeks for production.

Q: We would like to have a look at a sample before we continue with the orders. Can we get a sample from you?
A: Yes, free samples are available.

Q: Can I customize colors/sizes/logo?
A: Yes, we provide OEM service, color/size/design etc.all can be customized.
