We have 4 high-speed extrusion equipments, which daily production capacity is 560, 000 and monthly capacity could achieve 15, 680, 000. Six injection equipments, which daily capacity is 328, 000 and monthly capacity could achieve 9, 184, 000.
When it comes to printing, we have 4 offset printing machines and 4 screen printing machines. The daily production capacity for offset printing is 336, 000 and monthly capacity can reach 9, 408, 000. The daily production capacity for screen printing is 320, 000 and monthly capacity can reach 8, 960, 000. During the production, there will be 2-4 inspectors track the printing quality in real time.
